TEAM VOLUNTEER ROLES

Manager
The manager is the leader of the team and is responsible for organizing practices, setting lineups, and teaching the fundamentals of baseball. Some prior knowledge of baseball is definitely helpful along with a desire to teach, learn and inspire. As the manager of a team, you are responsible for fostering a positive environment for learning and growth.
The manager sets the tone for the team. Foremost, we want you to prioritize fun and sportsmanship as your players develop baseball/softball skills and knowledge over the course of a season.
Your goal is to end the season with every kid wanting to sign up to play again the next year!

All managers must submit a Manager Application to the league by December 1st every year. Managers will go through an interview process, led by the league President, Vice President, Player Agent and Division Representative. This interview process is to help the league ensure we assign the most qualified candidates to a manager position to give the players the best learning environment we can provide.
